Yesterday I scheduled a pick up in the evening and the food was terribly cold and I don't understand why they will give the garlic sauce with every pizza even when I had mentioned a different sauce in my order. Rather than focusing on the one closer to my home I should focus on quality next time I guess. This is happening for the last two times now. The attitude is like " take it or leave" and working in service industry for last 16 years I can surely tell you that this is not how to get clients. Bye bye to Papa John's Richmond. Hope you guys improve service quality if you want to remain in business!!
