  We ordered two custom donair pizzas with chicken and clearly showed the staff member exactly what we wanted before paying. She even confirmed the order with the manager. Despite this, we received pizzas with pepperoni — something we do not eat due to our dietary restrictions. When we called the store to report the mistake, the manager was rude and accused us of trying to get a refund after eating, which was not true. My friend was extremely upset and left in tears because of how disrespectfully we were treated. I later went to the store in person, not to ask for free food or a refund, but simply to request that the manager apologize for his behavior. Instead of listening, he interrupted, claimed he felt “uncomfortable” and “insecure,” and threatened to call the police before I could even finish speaking. He then actually called the police, which was a completely unnecessary escalation of a simple customer service issue. After management contacted me I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled. Our concern was simple and could have been resolved professionally, but instead we were treated poorly by the management. We expected the owner to take responsibility and ensure proper customer satisfaction, but no meaningful action was taken to address what happened. A business should stand behind respectful service, especially when a customer raises a valid concern. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this branch. Customers deserve better treatment.

  I ordered a grilled chicken and donair pizza. When I got home, I found that it was a donair pepperoni pizza instead. Although I showed the employee my previous order so she could prepare the same one, when I called the restaurant, a staff member named Ravi answered and spoke to me in a very rude manner. Honestly, this was the worst branch I have ever ordered from at Papa John’s. I usually order from the SW branch, which is much more professional in every way. I am very, very disappointed, especially because my family does not eat pork products

  Very disappointed with our experience. We ordered two chicken/donnair pizzas but received two donnair pizzas with pepperoni instead. As a Muslim family fasting during Ramadan, we could not eat the pizzas due to the pepperoni and had to rely on leftovers to break our fast. When we called the branch to explain the mistake, the manager "Ravi" was extremely rude and refused to acknowledge the error. We were not asking for anything unreasonable—just accountability and basic customer service. This experience was upsetting, especially during Ramadan. We hope the management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future.
