I've also visited your restaurants many times to pick up food as a delivery person. When the young man at the cash register in the photos told me the order needed 5 minutes to be prepared, I turned on the timer, and the final version is in the photos. That's the time it took just for a medium pizza. When I asked him why it was taking so long, he said "if you can't wait, cancel it" and was so arrogant as to block my profile from the restaurant. I recommend that you explain to your staff that those who come carrying bags are human beings and that they work just like you. Except for the child in the photo (no one can give him the education, respect, and tolerance his family can't). And lastly, if I were stranded on a deserted island, starved for days and about to die, and I came across your restaurant by chance, you can be sure that I would prefer to die of hunger.
