  Had a terrible experience, definitely not gonna visit this place anymore. The management needs to look into this and train their employees accordingly

  I had a really disappointing experience at this Papa Johns location. The customer service was honestly some of the worst I’ve experienced. The employee — who may have been a manager — was extremely rude and dismissive. I didn’t catch his name, but the interaction left a very bad impression. Instead of trying to help or resolve the issue, the attitude I received made the situation even more frustrating. Good customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. Based on my experience — and after noticing all the other 1-star reviews — it seems like this isn’t an isolated issue. I definitely won’t be returning to this location and would recommend going to another Papa John’s instead. Very disappointing overall.

  I ordered pizza before I come and when I came after 30mints the pizza get ready to slow service they need to change or train their workers

  I had very bad experience Staff it’s very very rude this second time I came here but I had very bad experience I will never come back again
