I walked in while waiting for my kid and want to just get a slice pizza for snack, Ram told me politely that they don’t sell pizza slice here, while I am ready to leave, he stopped me and explaining all the light snack size options in store, end up buying what he recommended. The owner is lucky to have a employee like Ram who really cares about his business, and make sure the customer leave happily! Great job!
