    Sloppy and greedy. Ordered 2 large pizzas tonight for my family. Ordered online and prepaid. Upon pickup, I asked for 2 extra sauces, was told it was 2.50. I gave the guy 3 bucks and he walked away. I waited for a minute before I realized he was not coming back with change... lol. It was 50 cents, honestly no big deal. I noticed the quality seal stickers were not on properly, before I left the store (what is the point of sticking them on, if you dont do it properly?). I didnt mention anything as I left. But when I arrived home and we opened the boxes, there was a black hair in the box. That was the tipping point for me. I could've let the rest slide, but their obvious lack of quality control and care, and entitlement for tips is unacceptable. We wont be returning.

    The worst pizza experience I've ever had at a Papa John's and in general. I've had a decent experience at other locations in the past but I won't be ordering Papa John's again. Get Royal Pizza if in the Seton area, much better quality control and great food. My last order/experience: Bone in wings: - Undercooked/wet skin, fatty, cheewy and they got the flavor wrong. Bone in wings: - Mostly breading, wrong flavor, not tossed in sauce, maybe 20% had drippings of sauce on them. Pizza: - Crust was hard and brittle it was cooked so much the crust was like eating a giant dried out cracker, no taste in the sauce, minimal sauce and cheese. Dips: - I was supposed to get multiple dips, only got 1 ranch dip.
