  Terrible experience. It seems like they don't know what they're doing; a huge mess and disorder, the pizza was taking wayyyy too long to make, the staff was running around without actually doing any work. Quite weird a business is running like that..

  Worst Papa John’s experience ever. The manager was screaming at employees and even told customers to shut up. Pizzas were thrown into boxes like garbage. Totally unprofessional and chaotic — a one-star doesn’t do it justice. Avoid this place at all costs.

  I hate leaving 1 star reviews to businesses. This used to be our go-to location, but for some reason in the last few months, this location gets worse and worse. Food became less than average, we ordered 2 pizzas on delivery, and we live about 8 mins away from the location. It took over an hour (!!!) to arrive. At some point we called to cancel the order, we waited on the line over 30 mins overall - no answer. Hope the owner sees the reviews and makes some changes quickly, because that was our last order.

  Worst pizza experience ever! This location has gone down hill at a shocking rate. The pizza had hardly any cheese or toppings on it. The crust was thin and tasteless, it felt like you eating leather or cardboard. The owner is clearly trying to save money by not putting the correct number of toppings on it. Don't eat here unless you want to waste your money.

  One star is way too generous. I just had one of the WORST experiences ever with Papa John’s. I ordered a pizza with chicken and donair, and what I got was a joke, a couple of sad samples of chicken and donair thrown on top like they were doing me a favour. It honestly looked and tasted like garbage. Total waste of money. To make things worse, the delivery driver was beyond unprofessional. I specifically wrote “Leave the food at the door”, and even told him again through the doorbell camera, yet he kept knocking nonstop like he owned the place. When I finally went down to get the food, he started demanding “more tips” and then said “give me cash.” Excuse me? That’s completely unacceptable and made me feel harassed and uncomfortable. Between the terrible food quality and the pushy, rude driver, this was hands down one of the most unpleasant orders I’ve ever had. Papa John’s, do better, your service and product are an embarrassment. If you’d like to throw your money away and ruin your night, this is definitely the place to order from.
