The food was absolutely terrible, I ordered the gyozas for appetizer, im assuming these are frozen as they were served cold in the middle. I ordered the rigatoni, one of the worse pasta dishes i’ve had in my life, the concentrated taste of tomato paste was so intense it made it inedible. Also the meat on this dish seemed to be jerkey, like a dried out chorizo. Awful 🤮

The girl at the front desk she looked 14 or 15 and was clueless, useless and when i asked i was told she just joined 5 months ago. After interacting with her we were so close to change our plans and go somewhere else. If you bring more mature staff you definitely would change the customers experience to the best.

It’s very rare you find someone in this industry like Seamus who goes the extra mile in making it such an amazing experience. The floor manager was making sure that everybody was served, so appreciate the oversight. Vibe was standard. This is similar to Craft in that it's effectively a large beer hall / sports bar. I didn't get the sense it was a good spot for a quiet discreet business meeting what would be a great spot to watch a game with several colleagues. I also appreciated that they had some relatively higher protein, lower carbs and fats menu items.

Tina, our server, was very attentive, friendly, and timely! She kept up with our rowdy group lol. To top it off the manager and other staff were also very observant and kind. AND the food was absolutely delicious, and we had no issues. My first time here, and I will definitely be back! Sorry no photos. The food never had a moment to breathe before we all devoured it. 🤷🏾♀️
