Original Joe’s is a place that welcomes everyone. We have craveable classics for lunch or dinner, down-to-earth vibes and a friendly team looking to brighten your day! We’re conveniently located just off of Deerfoot Trail, located in the Deerfoot City Mall area. Visit us for a meal or a few brews before heading off to the YYC Airport. Also in our vicinity is Speeders and Big Box Family Entertainment, so you can work up a healthy appetite through competition and then stop by our patio! We have twice daily Happy Hour and brunch on weekends and holidays. See you soon!

We planned on drinks, a round of shots, an appetizer, food, dessert and more drinks. Unfortunately due to our server taking so long retrieving our food order, we were too hungry to even stay longer. With 3 servers and 5 tables in the restaurant, I would have hoped she had paid a bit more attention to us. Instead I had to stare at her endlessly until the manager finally urged her to check on her tables. Had she not urged her to do so, I can imagine she would have kept scrolling on Instagram for at least another 15 minutes. All in all, the drinks came fast and the bill even quicker, but since I had to squeeze in my two requests as fast as I could (one of which she walked away from in the middle of my sentence and pretended she didn’t hear me), I don’t believe she deserved an 18% tip. I wish I didn’t have her breathing down my neck as I chose a tip option. Food was great. Would appreciate a little more attention if I were to ever return.
