We came there and bought a drink, and left. We came back later because we realized we won a 25$ gift card through there cup promotion thing. Once we gave them the cup, they gave us “attitude” because they didn’t believe that we purchased it, even tho they found it in there system and we even showed our bank statement. After they made 5 calls to the manager they told us someone will come up with your gift card in 45 minutes. We didn’t wait the 45 minutes and came back another day to claim it, but the experience was horrible. Also the staff didn’t even seem to care about anything that we told them. Super bad and disappointing place. Please don’t buy from them

Drink was not filled (almost an inch of room leftover). Drink had a lid - no need to worry about filling to the top. When I asked the server to fill it she gave me attitude.

Ordered large smoothies that is like a juice. My drinks looks like a left over from other customers and been seating for hours now. I even gave $3 tip for a $6.50 smoothie. Will never come back again.

I would never order from here if it wasn't the closest location to get a drink. Most times when I come here I ask for my drink to be made fresh as they will keep the rest from another person's drink and then make your drink our of the left over that's been sitting for God knows how long, everytime I git a drink mad like that it was foamy and gross which is why I ask for it to be made fresh, most of the guys working here are the ones who use the same old stuf and few women. Not sure of names to be specific as they don't wear name tags. But 1 guy today fought with me over me asking for it to be fresh and trying to explain what I meant when I saw he was using old stuff that's been sitting, then gave me attitude and was really rude and made me feel unwanted as a customer, clearly they have no sense of customer service and are built for the industry, quite ignorant . These drinks are expensive and don't get filled fully, I'd at least expect it to be fresh but there not they like to save every drop, maybe they should reevaluate there portion sizes so when they are pouring the product they only pour enough for that 1 drink so that they can wash and sanitize there blenders and other tools regularly as it is a food place.
