The store manager, Frances, and the front counter rep, Lyssa, truly went above and beyond for me and my daughter. I was on a tight budget and decided to just get food for my daughter (nacho fries), since ordering for both of us was adding up quickly. I asked Frances if I could maybe pay a bit extra for some butter chicken toppings just for myself, but she mentioned it might actually end up costing more. So, I decided to skip it and just went ahead with my daughter’s order. But to my surprise, when I went to pick up the food, Frances had added a small butter chicken fries for me — completely on the house! She didn’t have to do that, but she did it out of pure kindness. It honestly made my day. I haven’t seen that kind of generosity in a long time. Such a wonderful gesture — thank you, Frances and Lyssa! 💛
