Meanwhile, other customers who arrived much later than us were already served their steaks while we were still waiting. We completely finished our drinks, and no one came to check on us or offer refills or water. No one informed us about the delay or gave us any estimate of how much longer the food would take. Even a simple acknowledgment would have made a difference. When the food finally arrived, no one came back to ask how everything was. I had to call a server myself to get my water refilled. After waiting another 20 minutes with no response, I had to ask again before someone finally brought it. The lack of communication and service was very disappointing. We understand that restaurants can get busy, but basic customer service and updates should still be provided.

When it arrived it was COLD, we had no cutlery to eat, no bucket for bones to go into, and fiancé had no sour cream to go with his baked potato. We were basically told take the food and go lol. Thanks, we felt guilty taking it but we were starving. Then felt like thieves. I asked for it to be warmed up and we could pay but was refused. Also staying in a hotel room with no means of heating up the food. I have hypoglycemia and nearly passed out waiting. We should’ve left at the hour mark and went to a grocery store.

We asked to switch to a better table because of my disability and were told no without any attempt to help. Whereas other folks came in after us and they were able to switch tables for them. We basically experienced customer discrimination. Left a bad taste!
