We had to get after her to order our food and she completely forgot to do our birthday thing. we gave a 10 dollar tip; she was immature and silly about her quality of service being reflected in her tip. She told us the food was previously frozen ie. Brisket, rib, chicken and all while previously having the rub or seasoning on it previous to being frozen.

Her energy was upbeat the entire time, and she created such a comfortable, positive atmosphere for our table. It’s rare to find someone who balances professionalism with such a warm personality, but Heala does it perfectly. She truly went above and beyond, and she’s a big part of the reason we’ll definitely be coming back. If you’re dining at Montana’s, ask for Heala she will make your experience unforgettable!
