Decided to stop this morning for some breakfast to take to work. When I arrived at work, I tasted my hot chocolate and it was not made right. This is the Second time this location has made a simple hot chocolate like it's rocket science. Taste like straight milk with a hint of chocolate. I had to toss this out as it tasted disgusting. Also, instead of giving me a mighty mcmuffin the gave me a mighty mcgriddle and instead of the Frank's Red hot creamy garlic sausage McMuffin with added bacon they gave me a regular sausage mcmuffin. Not sure how hard it is to work a job like this but it looks like it's too hard to get orders right. Never stopping at this McDonald's again.

Washroom is filthy specially women's. Tables are dirty too. I don't konw about this restaurant the worst Mc Donald I ever been. Unexpected since this is a new area. Feb. 19th 2026 at 7pm. Giving you the date so you know who's responsible for this.

I had a small issue with my order — my burger was missing the sauce — so I called the restaurant to let them know. Mistakes happen, and I wasn’t upset, but I really appreciate how professionally it was handled...
The manager I spoke with was extremely kind, understanding, and helpful. He didn’t argue or make it complicated at all. Instead, he quickly offered to replace the burger, and the new one was perfect — fresh, delicious, and made exactly right.
It’s rare to find customer service that’s this friendly and efficient. Because of the way this was handled, I’ll definitely be ordering from here again.
Huge thanks to the manager and the team for turning a small mistake into a great experience...

If I could give the customer service for this location a zero, I would.
I visited McDonald’s East Hills on Sunday February 1 and placed my order through the app at 12:53 pm. I was told to proceed to the second window, and my email confirmation showed the purchase was completed in my inbox at 12:54.
I drove right on to the second window.
At 1:06 pm, I finally saw someone in the window and was told by a crew member they were changing something in the machine.
At 1:11 pm, I backed up to the first window to ask about my order and was again told they were still working on the machine.
At 1:13 pm, I was finally handed a tray with four drinks only (no food was ordered), meaning I waited nearly 20 minutes just for drinks.
I asked to speak with a manager.
Someone called for Ruby the manager, but after waiting another minute with no response, I left due to the continued delay.
I then called the phone number on the receipt. The call was answered with just “Hello?” I asked if this was McDonald’s and requested to speak with Ruby the manager. She confirmed it was her. I explained that waiting over 15 minutes for drinks was unacceptable and asked for one drink to be refunded, which i thought was a fair compromise for the wait.
Ruby was rude & loud & responded that if I had waited for her to get to the window, maybe she could have done something about it, but because I drove away, she couldn't do anything, which was extremely disappointing and dismissive.
Delays happen, but the lack of communication, long wait time for a simple order, and poor customer service afterward made this a frustrating experience.

Hi. I went to the Macdonald at East Lake Location and I got served by Chaynne and her customer service was above and beyond exceptional. She was totally welcoming and very very positive and friendly. She got my order which it was big Mac combo, she made a whole thing totally meaningful for me. I totally felt very approachable and welcome towards the whole thing. Cheyenne was totally exceptional in her customer service. If she wants to apply for a managerial position within this Macdonald location, I would totally recommend her.
