Today I ordered two meals and two drinks for takeout.
I asked the manager twice for a bag. She just put it in my hand without saying anything.
When I checked my meal, there was no sauce. I told her, “Sorry, there is no sauce.” She answered, “it’s in a bag.” I took everything out of the bag in front of her and said, “Sorry, but there is no sauce here.”
She then took a sauce, threw it on the table and said, “Here.”
This was very unprofessional and very rude.
I will not come back here again.
A few days ago I placed an order through the app and we waited for almost 20 minutes, and after they gave us the food bag, they also gave me melted ice cream, but they were busy so I didn’t complain. And today at 6 AM I waited more than 10 minutes for a black coffee — it’s just black coffee! And they weren’t even busy. And after I ran to work, I realized it was coffee with milk! I ordered just black coffee, no milk and no sugar, and I can’t have those things in the morning. But I really wanted coffee! This is unacceptable

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! My younger son was in a meeting and thought it would be easy to order breakfast for pick up. My older son and I walked the dogs over to pick up his food. The girls at the front told us that the order was for drive-through only and we had to go get our car. My older son had the pick up number and for my younger son who was busy.We went back home got the car and went through the drive-through. They Did not accept the order pick up number so my younger son had to stop what he was doing run over to McDonald’s to show his phone that it was directly on. The guy at the drive-through told us that it was actually an in-store pick up so we did not have to walk back home go get our car. What a gong show! These people need to be trained. It took so long to get the stupid breakfast sandwich and muffins. The name of the order was under Brandon Kelly if anyone reads this.
I have never written a bad review for fast food restaurant. Ever! But that was absolutely ridiculous. My son said before how happy he is because it will be cheaper to order pickup than ordering from Uber eats. At least you don’t have this drama with Uber eats.

This is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been too! The reviews are crazy, people need way more patience. The fellow working was so kind and respectful. Definitely going as fast as possible. I will always be going here, the walk up window is amazing!
Edit: my review is going down because ordering in person and through Uber Eats is two different experiences. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches that’s came with some pretty raw looking bacon. I ordered a chocolate milk that got replaced with white milk. I ordered 2 Berry McPops and got White Chocolate ones. The only thing I was able to eat from my $30 order was my two hashbrowns. That was a little insane to me. I’m also only noticing that the guy that I dealt with the one night was the only nice worker I have dealt with since. He's the only reason my review still has stars. 😭

Congratulations on opening up in they neighborhood. As pointed out by other reviewers, there's some big opening kinks. The wait tonight was really long for only 3 cars in the drive through. Watched him not know how to use the shake machine and fumble around. So comes back to window and says sorry shake machine isn't working. You're a brand new store, everything should be working. There is no food insight and it's been 10 plus minutes at this point so I ask for a refund. He gives me it in cash and short changes me. Didn't ask for McDonald's app code to start. Lots of training needed. Will come back in a month.
