  I’ve ordered from this McDonald’s at 700 Cityscape Dr NE twice, and both times the food was terrible. It tasted old, like it was made a day or two earlier. I even went inside and told them, but instead of giving me fresh food, they just reheated the same fries and gave them back. The wrap was also way too spicy even though I didn’t ask for that. Very disappointing service and quality. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

  I went through the drive thru at 12:45am on nov 12th, and ordered 2 wraps, a poutine, and a mc veggie. They made me wait for more than 15 mins for my order just to receive it cold and my mc veggie missing. I also told them I don’t want cheese on my poutine so can u add more fries they accepted what I said. I received less fries in my poutine than I usually do, and she arguing saying why would the food be cold after waiting for 15 mins and they can’t add more fries. I said I’m missing my mc veggie as well they made me wait another 5 mins for that. I asked for a refund and she rolled her eyes, told me to come again through the drive thru, and slammed the window in face. After I came again she was so disrespectful saying I won’t give u refund when she told me to come again for the refund. This is unacceptable and unbelievable. She offered me fries on the side I said thank you and she slammed the window again rolling her eyes and left. Wow I’m so impressed with this kind of customer service never coming again and will not recommend to anyone.

  I was at drive thru this morning at 6:30 am when manager named Pallavi decided to become aggressive and slammed the drive through window when I asked to speak with a manger regarding her obnoxious behaviour. She then came back and said “if you’re looking for a fight, I am not in the mood.” She is incompetent and unable to function much less as a manger. She is incapable of taking orders correctly and when corrected she becomes confrontational and belligerent. When asked for corporate complaint link she deflects the idea and tries to pin it on customers. She clearly does not understand customer service and unfortunately faces no repercussions for her actions.

  I had an unpleasant experience at this McDonald’s (Cityscape) today (5th November) around 4:30pm with an employee named Inderjeet kaur. When I politely asked about the employee discount and showed my McDonald’s uniform to confirm that I also work for the company, she responded rudely and spoke in an unprofessional manner. She said things like, “Everyone would come and show us a uniform; we can’t give a discount to everybody.” When I tried to explain politely, she raised her voice and said, “I’m not giving food to you,” which was very disrespectful and unnecessary. I understand that stores have their own policies, but the way she handled the situation was unacceptable. I hope management looks into this and ensures all customers—and especially fellow McDonald’s employees—are treated with respect and professionalism.

  Terrible experience, would not recommend coming to this location, I ordered a plain quarter pounder without cheese thru the drive thru and they got the order wrong and had all the toppings on it, then when I requested a replacement, all they did was wipe the toppings off the same burger as there was condiment residue still on the burger which is extremely unsanitary and disgusting in general. The manager also came out with attitude and was arguing the fact that I didn’t request it plain when I did. Long story short, please don’t come to this location unless you like terrible service and unsanitary meals
