The first time she asked me if I collect any points and gave them my code but she didn't enter it and it was a big purchase. The second time, after placing my order, she said,"ok sure" but then asked me to repeat my entire order, only then I started seeing my order reflect on the screen. She didn't put any cutleries and straw for my order, messed it up, fries were probably sitting there a while. I ordered for my drinks with no ice as I have sensitive teeth, guess what? It had ice. Both times I asked for ketchup, and the second time, I had to go in the store and ask again, which defeats the purpose of driving thru.

When confronted manager, he stated ,”if you look at the guidelines it does not state we have to wear those things” that’s a complete lie. It’s Health and safety standards. STAY AWAY FR THIS PLACE. They might reply ,”sorry for your experience but we assure you we clean hands all the time “. That’s a lie. After what I saw.
