    The coffee at the place early in the morning is absolutely crap. I usually prefer McDonald's coffee... But this is watered down trash.

    Had a very poor experience at this McDonald's drive-thru. There were two lanes open, and I was waiting in my lane for someone to take my order, but no one responded for a long time. Meanwhile, customers in the other lane were able to place their orders without any issue. Since no one was taking my order, I drove to the pickup window to explain the situation. Instead of being understanding, the staff spoke rudely and told me to "wait" in a bad manner, without any apology or acknowledgment of the issue. Customer service was disappointing and unprofessional. A simple explanation or apology would have made a big difference.

    A pretty good mcdonalds if werent for the lester b pearson kids. Last time i went there, some kids threw ice at me. Like solid ice. Thats why i normally go to 68th street McDonald's instead of here in village square.

    we just had a bad experience tonight around 1am with the order taker the curly short hair indian lady we had burger meals after we got the order she forgot the medium fries and its not even busy then we had to turn around and go back to line again and there were 3 cars ahead i needed to wait for a long time for medium fries.after i reach the window she did not apologise she just said it happens then shut the window and smiling i ask her name she did not say it she just ignored us.she just ruined our night.hoping it wont happen to others.
