    Its McDonald's. Food at this one is mid by McDonalds standards, the drive-through sucks, but the play place for the kids makes it the preferred location for the family.

    Very rude customer service. Morning shift. Very bad, especially people walking around 4 a.m. I guess they should get trained on how to treat the customers politely

    I hate this McDonald's it took and hour to get 2 meals and 8 people who ordered after me go their food first, one order was wrong and none of the workers can understand English. Worst possible experience I've ever had!

    The inside is always dirty, they always forget food and give wrong items. I ordered a sprite they gave me water I ordered a poutine got home without it being in the bag. Maybe this McDonald’s should read the receipt before handing off the food!!

    I ordered Mc VEGGIE and the manager gave me CHICKEN!!!! After returning I opened and took a bite to realized it's CHICKEN... I went back to the store and the manager looks at me and says "you got the chicken wait I will change it for you" no apologies nothing ... I told her I am a VEGETARIAN person and I have never had meat in my life... She says ok and gives me the veggie burger. I asked her who is the manager and she says it's her... I was speechless. If the manager is like this what can you expect from others!!! Shame on you that your behavior is so bad and you are working in customer service industry....
