  I am extremely disappointed with this location. This is not the first time my online order has arrived with missing items, but it will be the last. When you try to call to rectify the mistake, it is impossible to reach anyone—the phone rings endlessly, and the voice mailbox is full. It is completely unacceptable to take a customer's money and then provide no way to resolve errors. If you order from here, double-check your bag before you leave, or be prepared to lose money on food you never received.

  I love the creativity at the like the games for the kids and service I love it because this lady ask me how’s my day going and I just loved that and I also did table service and my Food came in one minute and the food was busing obviously 😃

  McDonald’s in the neighbourhood of Carrington is always a decent place for a quick meal if needed. I wish they’d bring back their limited edition variety of ice cream mcflurries. Their strawberry cheesecake one was Devine, their biscoff cookie one was off the chain if I’m being honest. But most of all, it’s definitely the people who make your meals that make it worth it. When this location first opened, they struggled to get things right and orders were sometimes missed. Now, it seems to be doing much better and the reviews are getting a lot better too. So for that quick, easy, and decently priced meal, visit McDonald’s Carrington.

  ZERO quality control Almost every time I order here, there is at least 1 issue but here are specifics from this time. Burgers are sloppily prepared – I understand filets are very mobile due to their composition but at least get the freaking cheese onto the bun correctly, the filet had a cheese cape since so much of it was hanging outside the burger – I should have eaten the box instead since most of the fillings ended up there rather than on the bun. The filet was fried in oil so old and came out so dark it looks like it came back from a trip to Mexico. Fries are always a joke here, it simultaneous looks brown from the old oil but isn’t fried enough and still raw inside. And too many small pieces and too salty since it's obviously the last of the batch. The drink. Is actual maintenance performed on the machines? There was no carbonation in the soft drink. It was like drinking tepid sickly sweet water. Everyone needs to go through every item and sample before leaving the counter or the drive-thru window. At this price point and at these portion sizes, maybe some respect to customers is warranted.

  We waited for over 25 minutes for our order. During this time, the order status screen was not working, and there was no information displayed at all. When we asked the staff for assistance, we were simply told to “be patient”. The staff member was very rude, impatient, and dismissive, which made the situation even more frustrating. When we finally received our food, three out of four combo meals were incorrect: • One meal was missing fries • One meal was missing a drink • One meal was missing the toy
