Went there yesterday with my son for dinner. Paid at the pay window and when I got to the pick up window they wanted to charge me again. I pulled up my bank account and showed them that the charge already went through and the argued that I wasn't charged for 5 minutes and wanted me to pay again. When I asked for a manager she walked away and then came back and argued some more. I again asked for a manager and she would not get one! She then reluctantly gave me my order and treated me as if I was stealing the food I paid for. Told me that that charge would not show up on my bank account. I looked again today and it is indeed still there.
I will not be going back to this place!!

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes to order my food. It didn't get any service, had six separate employees.Look at me, but no one came to help.Had to use the kiosk to order food. Food come out cold but unfortunately didnt notice that until I was back in my vehicle driving home.

I got a junior chicken meal from this McDonald’s last week Thursday and have been dealing with severe diarrhea ever since. I’m certain I got food poisoning from this location as that was all I had the whole day and unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve gotten sick after eating here , but this time has lasted nearly a full week and I’m seriously unwell.
Something is definitely wrong with the food handling at this location. It needs to be inspected immediately. I’ve learned my lesson, and I will not be returning.

It feels silly complaining about McDonalds, but it's not even cheap anymore, so I've had it. Enough is enough. Every time I go through this drive-thru the fries are ice cold and chewy. Definitely old. No salt either. For a restaurant known for their fries, these guys are absolutely brutal and can be expected to give you cold, inedible fries. I tried to email and complain as this last time my large 2 fries cost me $10 and we couldn't even eat them. They offered me 2 medium fries to make up for it. Seriously. It's not because they can't afford to give me back the equal value of what I ordered, it's because they straight up don't care. I actually hadn't been to this location in a while because of the fries but I decided to try again... My mistake.
