- SKSaarthak KumarNov 11, 20251.0At approx. 1 pm on Tues Nov 11/25, I went through the drive through this location to order a small coffee and try the new McVeggie burger. At a red light, I mindlessly bit into the burger, only to discover it was chicken. I returned to the location, where the manager apologized, refunded me, and replaced my order. The receipt confirmed a McVeggie order and the box in which it was given was also a McVeggie. I have been a lifelong vegetarian for deeply personal and religious reasons. I understand mistakes happen in food service, and I don't mean to see anyone fired over it, but at the same time - this *was* a big deal for me, and I hope that the gravity of it is understood by the staff, who seemed to shrug it off. By making this post I hope there is some sort of accountability towards customers. This experience genuinely ruined my whole day. Will not be returning to this location.

Was told to go there to get my food as they couldn't help me unless I ordered again. Why would I buy again then go to walk mart and ask for a refund. Why would it send my order to the other restaurant if I'm parked in your lot ordering. Was not a good experience at all .
