The lady hands me 4 juices and then says “have a good day” I respond with “actually no I haven’t even gotten my food yet, I’m kinda mad about that.” Un believable that they messed up every level of the food hand off. In the future would love if someone would of told me 2 mins into waiting not 15

He gave the drinks on the side, no straw and when I asked if there were fries, he quickly dismissed us with yeah yeah there's fries in there. Should've checked before we leave, my kid won't eat fish and had to cook something at home for her(which takes time obviously!)call in to get a refund,she said not over the phone. She can replace with another meal anytime I want it which was nice but driving back all the way? Are you kidding me? I can understand they make such mistake, no indication of which order was which, no ref number on the bag, no note whatsoever that we requested on the meal, no wonder everything mixed up and disaster. They need a better system and more pleasant wait staff like they advertise!
