  McDonalds app SUCKS so bad. It's hard to use, doesn't offer anything really substantial. I'm done with McDonald's.

  This location advertises 24-hour service, but in practice it operates closer to 23 hours a day due to a daily system reset that frequently happens around 4:00 a.m.—right when early-morning workers are starting their day. This isn’t a minor inconvenience. During the reset window, I personally watched six to seven vehicles come through the drive-thru and get turned away. That’s a lot of customers in a short period of time, and it’s entirely predictable. What adds to the confusion is that the breakfast menu appears on the digital screens, which reasonably signals that the system reset is complete and service should be available. Despite this, customers are still told the system is down and no orders can be taken. If there is a known 30–60 minute downtime every day, it should be clearly disclosed. It would make far more sense to perform system resets earlier (around 3:00–3:30 a.m.), when traffic is much lighter, rather than during the 4:00 a.m. rush. There’s nothing wrong with system maintenance—but advertising “24 hours” while regularly turning customers away during a predictable window is misleading. Either adjust the timing or be honest about operating hours so customers can plan accordingly.

  Went through the drive thru today about 1:00. This location is riddled with drug addicts. Smoking Crack and blocking the doors. I feel terrible for the staff, management needs to get this in order. Today a person had dropped their pants and was pooping right beside the drive thru window. A police car was right there 4 ft away. Its gotta get better, it cannot get worse. I have pictures but there is no option to add them.

  That manager NEEDS to be fired immediately. Not only was she rude to me and another customer, but she clearly doesn’t know how to work efficiently. She took forever doing 3 orders and it’s crazy to see how she treats her employees.

  For the past 4 times i have ordered from this McDonalds we are still missing our nugget sauce large fries arent filled up all the way like usual it just looks like medium fries, calls are not answered we have called 5 times the first one was answered, then told us to call the uber eats or doordash we did, uber eats answered and said i will call McDonalds, he then said McDonalds arent answering, please dont ever order here they will take your money.
