  Coffee grounds in my iced coffee, like a good layer on the bottom of my coffee. No sweetener, just milk, coffee and coffee grounds. Incredibly irritated because this isn’t the first time. How hard is it to make an iced coffee correctly? Apparently it’s rocket science.

  Worst McDonalds in Calgary and Roland the Manager is incompetent. Just stood in the restaurant for 30 minutes with no food being served. Roland stated he only had staff to manage the drive through and Uber food orders, he would only serve in the restaurant once the drive through and internet orders were served. There were about 15 orders on the screen in the restaurant not being put together or served and there was a crowd of people waiting getting incessantly frustrated. Roland said he was 6 staff short, not great for a supper time on a Friday night, he clearly can’t manage staff or a restaurant. We got a refund and gave up. Peters Drive Through got our business instead.

  Every morning ill get here between 430 and 530am and everytime for the past month and a bit, theyre open but not taking orders,systems is updating should be 5 to 10 minutes well needless to say if u wait it'll be a waste. In fact I've prob got my morn8ng coffee and sandwich from the A&W out of the petro that share the same parking lot more often.Pre 6am monster and a pack of sesame snaps is now the go to.

  I just left and they are woefully understaffed. I was in line for 30 minutes and had to rush away once they gave me my food. Well it was completely incorrect. I cant even eat the majority of it. Wasted my money. Had they told me the wait was 30 minutes I would have backed out and gone elsewhere. Never going to this location again. Im willing to drive up to crowfoot if my household wants mcdonalds again.

  This is the worst McDonald’s in Calgary when it comes to speed. It’s called fast food for a reason, but it consistently takes around 30 minutes just to get your order. The customer service isn’t bad, and the food itself isn’t bad either. The issue is the wait time. It completely ruins the experience. When you’re stopping for something quick, you don’t expect to be waiting half an hour. Management really needs to address the efficiency here because the delays are unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant.
