DONT BOTHER TO PREORDER
Friendly enough staff but so slow. They have completely no regard for the app there is apparently no such thing as preparing your order ahead of time. They make you pull over for 10 minutes to wait for a McMuffin and a coffee and take multiple trips to get you the items in your order.

I am a delivery driver. I literally stood waiting for my order ( fries and a sandwich); an order worth $4, for 30+ minutes, without being approached by a staff member.

Don’t know if the managers are incentivized to serve substandard food and beverages .. mocha drink is only coffee with whip cream . Hot chocolate has little to none chocolate on it.. step up your standard

The night crew at this location are probably the best in the city.
They will make your order fresh. No stale burgers, no cold fries, no flat cokes. It might take an extra minute, but it's always worth it. Whoever that night time manager is, he's doing a fantastic job.

The day crew is a bit less consistent. I get lukewarm burgers right at 11am somehow, and I hate when they park everyone in the drive thru then carry the meals out to the vehicles. It's so frustrating watching someone carrying three unfolded bags in -15 degree weather while the scour for license plate numbers. Just serve the orders at the window please, for the love of god.
