I ordered drive-thru and got the wrong menu. People can make mistakes, but I was pissed off because of her attitude. I called, the staff didn't even apologize, just hung up and didn’t call me back or pick up the phone. So I went back to the restaurant from home.
But my anger melted away because the manager was super friendly. The staff should be thankful they have a manager like her. Sorry I'm not good at remembering people's names. She had glasses, also a manager at the 39th Ave. You're the best. (Late at night on February 22nd)

For the last 3 times I have attempted to get drive through service at this location, I have been turned away after midnight. The attendant had told me something along the lines of:
-I’m sorry, my system is down
-I’m sorry, my system is updating to the breakfast menu
-I’m sorry, the grills are getting cleaned right now.
I have worked in the quick service industry before and understand that this is most likely staff just not wanting to have to work at all, and understanding others would not write a review toward them. But I have to say it is very disheartening to see this happening over and over. (From a Nov 2025 - Feb 2026).
Please let me know if this gets resolved in the future.

any of the printers was working on the self service machine, there wasn't any tag for service table available even though the machine gives you the option like literally some just took all of them out( im assuming to not provide the service), i order a large fries but they give small portion of fries on it , this is the first time that i get this amount of fries on a large fries purchased in McDonalds 👎🏽
