I’m not one to go to a fast food restaurant and leave a bad review but I was pretty shocked today. I had ordered a drink and I’m not sure if the girl misunderstood me which is fine but when I got to the window they gave me something extra. I just double checked what it was and told them I hadn’t ordered it and the woman literally rolled her eyes at me shoved the right drink in my face and walked away without coming back or even saying one word to me. I was wanting the receipt because I’m pretty sure I was charged but she just left so I’m pretty sure I paid for it too when I hadn’t ordered it. I worked in fast food when I was younger and I totally get it can be hard with customers but I was kind and didn’t do anything to trigger that sort of attitude.

Worst McDonald restaurant experience ever.
They didn’t complete my order even reminding them
I didn’t want to go to counter to beg again as manager was very very rude with customers and staff.

As a former manager and a current delivery driver I'm absolutely appalled at the service I received today. I had to wait 10 minutes for one medium drink because nobody wanted to acknowledge me in the special drivers area and when they finally did they wanted to argue about what I was waiting for. Then when I said that this is just unacceptable customer service the manager literally walked away from me and did not address any of my concerns. I'm very disappointed but not surprised seeing how customer service is nowadays

I ordered McDonalds chicken from Ranchmans McDonald in 9311 McLeod trail south west and from drive-thru at 8 15 pm and I’ve to wait for 5 minutes just for the person to give me food. It’s not even busy as I was the only customer. Maybe that’s the reason it’s not busy because they walk serve slow like turtles and upon eating my food, the bun is cold. It’s not even warm . I just wasted my money on that and I’d never come to this McDonalds location. It’s one of the worst foods I’ve ever eaten.
