  Usually a great place for mornings. But today two staff argued with me that I couldn't have a breakfast chicken sandwich, Nov 22 at 530 am. I miss the regular lady, she's awesome and smart

  Very disappointed with my experience this morning. At the drive-through, no one attended my lane for about 5 minutes, and I had to wait nearly 15 minutes just for my coffee. This has happened to me two times in a row. It’s clear this location is always short-staffed around 7:30 a.m. Management really needs to improve staffing during the morning rush to avoid frustrating regular customers

  I can't say anything about the treatment of the Manager Evelyn who attended us. However, we were denied from redeeming all our monoply rewards under a claim that it's limited. I remember when we purchases our food it was not limited to buy it!!! It makes no sense at all. Also fries quality was so bad, cold and salty, it was changed after we requested but was not nice to have waste food and had to change it, also mcfries box was not the monoply box, wonder why?! We're mcdonalds customers for long years and our experience here was not up to what we expected, seems we will try other stores next time.

  Listed as a 24 hour location. I ordered a quick burger on my lunch break at 11:30 last night on the app. Went to pick up my order through the drive thru and lady came on the intercom and all she said was that the kitchen was closed for cleaning. Thanks for wasting my lunch break as after ordering and driving to the restaurant I had no time to get any lunch from anywhere else in the area. If the website says 24 hours than customers are going to assume that means they are able to order food. I would recommend them adding a note on website stating when scheduled cleaning times are to occur as soon as they are known as to prevent unnecessary inconvenience to loyal customers. Seems like McDonalds has the attitude that it doesn’t really matter about customers when they are more concerned about watching their market share crash and burn for several years now.
