Just came through here for a quarter pounder, and she gave me a big mac. Despite confirming the order at the window. You might think McDonald's is a low value job. But that quarter pounder is what I wanted. You ruined my night.

One star is too much. Drive through, Saturday 10.35 pm, ordered a quarter pounder without pickles on my way home from work. Came home and saw this (pictures) - disgusting. Well I guess it has been calculated that having “kids” running the place is more profitable (low salary, Saturday night) than the loss of customers, potential loss of customer, than provide quality product , quality service for customers. You remember when a carrier at McDonald’s was an asset for future employment. Looking for a job and a previous employment at McDonald’s was an asset on your resume. Not any more. I can see other people had similar experiences. For me it was my last visit . I drove down and got my money back. The manager “kid” returned the money but had no knowledge about handling a situation like this. Didn’t make any fuss so no tears Owner, Good luck for the future but I think you always should have some mature and quality staff working at all times. Axel

Was just here today Nov/07/2025 at 6:50pm. Went through the drive through. The young woman working the window handing out food. Dropped my kids happy meal on the ground in the drive through. We have a big truck. And people behind us. I can't easily get out of the truck. And she can't easily get out of the driver's seat. The window worker said nothing, didn't say she was going to make a new one. She just kept looking at us. Like it was our job and fault. When she dropped our food. So we have to get a happy meal at a different store. Because she was just waiting for us to move on. And expected my kid to ear floor food. I know it's in a box. But with drive through floors. I'm not taken any chance with my kid.
