  I’ve never been to such a bad place to eat in my life. Horrible service, horrible staff, horrible food, horrible atmosphere. This mcdonalds was offering the drake OVO after dark meal and promised they had it after I called ahead of time to ask if it was available and the person on the phone said “yes we have that meal available” I am so disgusted by these dirty lies I got told to just waste my time and gas money in this especially bad Canadian economy to go to this specific location NOT close to my house just to waste 20 minutes of driving and get told that they don’t have the meal available. This place needs to fire all of its employees and get better ones that know not to lie to customers. Unbelievable crowfoot McDonald’s… Unbelievable I am so disgusted by this place.

  just trying to order at the kiosk with my family. the worker starts mopping the floor right next to us and is literally pushing and dragging the mop onto our feet. and then we go sit at a table and he starts mopping right under our table and made me lift my feet as we’re eating..?? like seriously, no respect. it seemed like he was intentionally mopping right where we were it’s just rude and gross dragging the mop right over our shoes.

  Food was exactly what I was expecting and wanting. And my friend did the mobile ordering so we had prompt service. Nothing to complain about.

  1 star is over-rated for this location. Ordered two breakfast combos via the mobile app around 9:40 a.m. The app showed the order was being prepared based on my ETA, but when I arrived before 11:00 a.m., I was stuck in the drive-thru because staff didn’t understand mobile orders. By the time I reached the window, they said breakfast was over and only coffee was available. No clear refund process, and one coffee was made incorrectly. Very disorganized experience. Won’t be ordering from this location again.
