Five of them asked for cups to serve themselves water, but the last one was denied a cup and the opportunity to drink water after eating her ice cream, making her feel bad in front of everyone else. My friend showed the receipt for her purchase, but the employee refused. We made polite requests, but his attitude left a lot to be expected from a company that prides itself on providing good customer service. Terrible service from this guy.
