  Took over 7 min to get only an Americano coffee, nothing else. I know it's specialty, but they should have had me go to the special wait stalls.

  Best McDonald’s I’ve been to in Calgary. The staff was really nice and apologized when they had insufficient items for our order. There are many places to sit. The bathrooms are sparkly clean. The food was great. God bless this McDonald’s.

  I purchased a promo gift card between Nov 25 and Dec 25 th. The deal was: with a min purchase of $25 you received a free sandwich coupon. Well fast forward to last week… went for a coffee and TRIED to use the gift card. I’m told the card hasn’t even been authorized. I definitely paid for it and they are saying there’s nothing they can do because I paid cash. What an absolute JOKE!

  I came in around 3 PM today for Lunch and ordered a junior chicken meal. The burger was full of spicy mayo which shouldn’t even be in the junior chicken. I have eaten junior chickens and they never have spicy mayo on the inside. My whole mouth was in flames and I couldn’t even finish the burger. On top of that the fries were not even fresh. they were dry and unsalted. If you’re going to serve customers at least get the order right and food should be fresh and seasoned. Ruined my whole day fr.

  Such shitty place, gave my order out to someone else without checking it and when i asked for it they made me wait whole 30 minutes to check the cameras and all those unnecessary things. Plus the manager was very rude and wouldnt even talk to me properly to sort it out. I was very polite and patient yet their behaviour was unacceptable. Definitely would not come back here again.
