The bathroom smelt bad!! As for the food me and my family got ice creams and they were not fully filled. The worked didn’t have hair nets and touched food without washing their hands. They don’t show respect and gave attitude. I don’t recommend

Every time I order coffee here, the sugar is just sitting at the bottom completely unmixed. It’s like no one even bothers to stir it before handing it out. This isn’t a one time mistake, it happens constantly. It takes two seconds to stir a coffee while you’re making it, so I don’t understand why such a basic step keeps getting skipped. I shouldn’t have to mix my own drink after paying for it. It’s frustrating that something so simple is never done properly.

I am not a negative person, and I generally aim generously with my reviews, but I have had enough with this absolutely brutal service with this place.
There is one person who gets an exception, and I don't know her name, but she's an older Asian lady, I'd guess early 50's, with glasses, she is fantastic, if she is still there. I haven't seen her the past few visits.
She is the ONLY one that gets a pass
There are two main issues;
This place forgets the counter exists. Not everybody wants to use the self checkout kiosks, and I have had to yell 'Hello?!' to get someone to come to the register. That is after trying to wait up to 4 minutes.
Secondly, just absolutely abysmal customer service. Most of the people working drive through have the personalities of a stump of wood, don't even look people in the eyes, and can't even muster basic gratuities. And I'm sorry, but the absolutely terrible English skills is a problem as well.
That's it, I'm done. I don't eat out much, but this is permanently off the list. Never again.
What's odd, the Dairy Queen down the road gets terrible reviews, but it's MILES better than this place. Many, many miles.
If I ever want a fast food burger close to home, it won't be here ever again.
