My biggest issue is the focus on drive through time amd ive been told to pull out and wait for a coffee... coffee is an easy one guys. If i ordered a bunch of food I dont mind pulling ahead and waiting for some nice fresh crispy fries. The focus on drive through time is a corporate and management issue that should be revised. The disgusting state of the washrooms and lobby are on the staff though.
