  ​Note, this is targeted to one specific worker (brown roots and blonde end hair) Review: 1 Star — Local McDonald’s Now Specializing in "Volcanic Ash" ​I didn't realize McDonald's had launched a collaboration with a briquette company, but here we are. ​I ordered a burger, but what I received was two circular pieces of actual carbon. I’m pretty sure if I’d pressed the bun hard enough, I could’ve manufactured a diamond. Thinking it was a fluke, I sent it back. Bold move, apparently. ​The staff took it to the back, presumably to give it a second coat of soot, and returned it with a straight face. It was still burnt. I’m actually impressed by the commitment to the bit. It takes a truly dedicated worker to look at a customer, hear "this is inedible," and respond with, "Cool, let's see if they like this slightly different shade of obsidian." ​If you’re looking for a quick lunch, skip this place. If you’re looking to provide a DNA sample for a prehistoric fossil study, you’ve found your mecca. 0/10.

  Not only is this location the kind that will make you stand at the counter for Ten minutes like an idiot while they struggle to handle a slightly busy drive through unsuccessfully. While Other McDonalds can handle five times the volume in just there drive thru plus there in store business. Furthermore to there loveliness there washrooms rarely have toilet paper on the off days there isn’t poop smeared all over the toilet seats. But they got smart and when you order a regular size McFlurry. There technically giving you a snack size but in a regular cup. Most people will never notice. But why are you being charged a different price for different sizes. Don’t believe me order one of each size. And scoop them out to verify. Further to that oddness. I noticed the computer systems here upon ordering will automatically round up a dollar or two. Most people would assume it would be tax’s. However if you actually did the math on the prices at hand. The calculations don’t exactly add up. I noticed sometimes the machines it will be a roll up upwards of one to a few dollars. Clearly the computer systems can be privately programmed or adjusted to adjust to different menus and promotions. The problem is imagine is if a particular owner or what not learned that if they skimmed one dollar like fifty to a hundred times. Furthermore to even this. I’ve been massively ripped off here for over fourteen thousand points on an order I cancelled. Brought it to the attention of not only the manager and customer service. Who claimed I’d be reimbursed. Yet never was. Like what kind of game is that. First you steal the points on A product where there was no actually sale. Then once that theft is accomplished. They tell you there’s no problem with having you rerewarded. However then it becomes accusingly problematic in the sense to get any kind of reward. Or settlement. From something. Therefore it becomes perfectly clear that the intention was absolutely to hustle in the extreme. With the accident never being fixed over a two week period. How pathetic is that? Sad to say the least.

  Horrible customer service the lady at the drive thru was extremely rude and kept giving me dirty looks and talking rude.

  Worst experience I’ve ever had. ALL sites and app indicates 24 hour opening but when I arrived, all three doors were locked. I was only able to get inside because another customer happened to walk out and opened the door. (happened for another customers after me too)After I ordered two items the staff told me that they are closing, and I can only stay for 5 more mins, so basically kicked me out just after I got my food. And as I was trying to leave through the front door the staff stopped me and told me to go out through the side doors(didn’t explain why, nor was polite the whole time). Very very disappointing experience, poorest managed McDonald’s locations I’ve ever been to.

  The girls working the drive thru this morning were so friendly and efficient! I was so tired and slow for such a simple order but they made my day better being so nice and my coffee was fresh and so was my hasbrown. Love when everything is super fresh and everyone is super nice! That doesnt always happen in a drive thru experience so I really appreciated that.
