The manager didn't know how to add a second hash brown for the upgrade cost of a dollar instead of charging full price. Then...what brought me to reviews... they don't do free refills of soda. Want more soda? You pay full price for another drink. Not even a refill fee. I have never heard of a McDonalds doing that.

Lots of staff, but they don't accomplish much, get confused, lose orders. Most stand around and walk back and forth to the front from the back. 20 mins to get egg McMuffins and people who ordered after us got served first. Won't be back.
