    We were in the deerfoot meadow location today. The prices were unbelievable. Supposedly some new system. Paid 3x the price of what we normally would have paid. We will not be back

    Got there 15 minutes before the closing time and the store was closed and the lady inside the store was so unprofessional and treat us unrespectful. So expensive stuff, at least 20% more expensive than other store. Not recommended at all and never be back to this store again.

    So frustrated and disappointed with this store customer service and their 20% higher prices in compare to other stores. We got there on Saturday 15 minutes before the closing time of the store which is posted on the google and in front of the store and store was closed and the lady inside treat us so unrespectfully. I am not going back to this store anymore and not recommended at all. Will call the store to discuss this with the store manager.

    Every year at Christmas for the last 20 years have bought the 150g little bags of chocolates. It’s my signature gift for family and friends along with their other goodies. Every year these have been less expensive at the Lindt store than at Shoppers drug mart or Walmart etc. this year even with their bundle deals they are 15-20% more expensive than the non-sale prices at the other stores. This matters to be since I’ll buy 10-15 of these at a time. This isn’t a price inflation or shrinkflation complaint. It is the fact that they are no longer competitive price wise. If you’re going for the items that are hard to get elsewhere knock yourself out. But I won’t be back. They have a 2 for 20 deal. Amazon is 1 for 8.47 and you don’t need to leave your house. Crazy. Why would I pay more to shop here? Crazy. I did mention this to an associate and was told “sorry”. I guess they don’t price match.
