  We frequent this location everyone in a while. Its not as bad, as some of these reviews are saying. Our orders have been messed up, but we've call and they have accommodated quiet nicely. Also to avoid lines, id recommend mobile ordering . Much faster and better deals.

  If I could I would give 0 stars their service sucks they don't even pick up their phone If you value your time and money Trust me don't go there or order food from there. we ordered food from there for delivery we never got the food we went in the store eventually and found out they had our food just laying there and we called for manager I wonder how's he a manager the employee and manager kept talking in their language not talking to us just talking to each other and when I mentioned that you guys don't pick up your phone he was like yeah that's okay and I was like okay they don't care about you as customer

  Whoever owns this location clearly does not care about the well being of their store, this is by far the worse KFC. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered a delivery order, been 2 hours it still hasn't come yet. The store did not pick the phone in the over 10 calls in 1.5 hours. This is why KFC going downhill, zero customer service. Again, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! UPDATE: ended up going to the store to see what went wrong after eating at home, they blamed uber not showing up for 2 hours (funny thing is because there was some uber pick up guy waiting there for another order), kept talking to each other in their own language and we're not wanting to talk to me properly, and then I asked if their phone is working and they said yes but refused to say why they didnt pick up, the managers response was " ya owell". They have ZERO care.

  We ordered the family bucket meal. The chicken was fresh, but unfortunately, the taste was quite bland. We even ordered extra gravy, but it was watery and lacked flavor — a bit disappointing. The sides were okay and tasted fine, nothing to complain about there. Overall, the food was just average — fresh ingredients, but the flavor really needs improvement.
