  I ordered a chicken sandwich from here last night at approx 12:30 am and it was the worst chicken sandwich I have ever had in my life. There was so much mayo for one I was literally gagging because some of the bites I was taking was just mouthfuls of mayo. Absolutely disgusting! The chicken also tasted severely wrong. It almost tasted like the skin of the chicken was coated in paper. Like as if the chicken had been cooked hours prior and then just left sitting there and then eventually warmed up for my burger but done improperly. It was horrible. Will never eat the KFC here again (never had a problem with the Taco Bell connected to it tho)

  I got chicken tenders at 9:40 and it was so dry and raw and truly garbage , I went back to ask them to refund and they gave me 1 drumstick which was raw and old aswell , everything they had was old and dried up chicken and this is my 3rd time going here

  Today 8/11/25 This is why another competitor can beat kyc I am using the coupon to bought 4 pieces meal and I am already requested I want all the dark meat but the reaction from the cashier was black face to me and seems to be something wrong with me finally I waited for 15 min to got my meal but when I open the box that was not what I am requested all the dark meat I requested change to 1 pieces of the small leg, and the wing and 1 tight and 1 breast so totally unexpected and the meat are all dry sometimes if the customer trying to complain that means they might come back to eat but just like me I won't do the complain that means I won't come back to any KFC anymore so it means your company loses 1 customer already

  For the last 4 visits i have been missing food or dips , cutlery. . I have to turn around and go back and pick up what’s missing . When i complain the guys at the window can’t even take the time to apologize properly , walking away before they even say sorry for the inconveniences. This store needs to retrain thier pick up window in manners and in getting orders correct . It is close to where i live but i am so sick of thier shoddy service.

  We never had good experience buying from this location last night we bought 14 pieces family bucket first they told us wait 25 minutes after just waiting few minutes they came to give us our food we thought how come they cooked the chicken already anyway when we got home they only put 12 pieces instead 14 pieces I called them she was keep saying the girl who put it made sure it’s 14 pieces like I was laying to her for two pieces I called them this time because they always don’t add one side of your big order they didn’t put few other times either the side salad or short in pieces very bad service with ignorant workers and always ready to charge you money for any sauce if you asked them to give you
