  How on earth do you guys not have gift card payment in the app... It's been years. I can't use app deals with a gift card. Seems like an outright scam. Get it together KFC, it's embarrassing.

  Tried to order some food over the counter, but was rejected because we didn't have a coupon. We were told we has to use their self-service or we couldn't order food. There wasn't even anyone else in the place! What a JOKE! No wonder their ratings are tanking and their was no one in the place. WILL NOT BE BACK AND DISCOURAGE OTHERS FROM GOING HERE.

  Everything's are top notch except the restaurant is freezing cold. Yes, it's winter but indoor freezing cold is outrageous. I can't take my jacket off to eat-in. Every objects are icy cold to touch like power outage.
