The chicken and fries were cooked in rancid oil (this was confirmed by the restaurant) — the smell alone was disgusting, and the taste was even worse. When we complained, it took them nearly three hours to replace our food. Three hours! And the male manager? Rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He acted like we were the problem instead of taking responsibility. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a fast-food place. KFC should be embarrassed to have a location run like this. I’ll never be coming back, and I’ll be telling everyone I know to avoid this place.
