The chicken tasted really bad, I could not finish it and it ended up making me really sick a few hours later. I had to go to the doctor. When I complained about this issue, the person on the phone was extremely rude, she put me on hold for 5 minutes and when she finally took my call, started asking me things like how old I was and that it is my fault for getting sick since I ate the food. This is pretty unacceptable behaviour when all I did was share the details of the order. The employees here will be rude to you unprovoked and clearly the manager does not care at all about the poor behaviour of staff or the quality of food they are serving. I can't even get in touch with the manager directly, they just have their employees deal with the calls, even upon request.
