  Super frustrating experience. Went through the drive through, ordered, tapped my debit card, was given my drinks and salad, then asked to go and wait in the parking lot. After waiting for a bit, someone came out and said they need me to go through the drive through again because they were having troubles with their debit machine and needed me to pay again and then they would give my food to me right away. So I went and scanned my card again and waited. After a bit she tells me they are still having trouble and it would be a moment. Mean well my food was sitting on the counter. After waiting the lady came and asked me to go back to the parking lot but I asked for how much longer, she said at least another 10 minutes. I said forget it, as I was not going to pay for cold food, as it has been sitting the whole time, which was about 30 minutes had already passed. It was such a waste of time!

  They don’t offer Louisiana hot sauce anymore because “the manager didn’t find any profit in it” according to staff. Just fyi it’s not meant for profit, it’s meant for customer satisfaction, which in turn provides more profit long term. Will drive to a further location or Popeyes from now on. Sad!

  I ordered from this KFC through Uber Eats last week around 3:00 AM. My order included a Big Crunch meal, but the Pepsi was missing. I tried to address it during a follow-up order, but it wasn’t compensated. This is not the first time items have been missed from my order. I hope the staff can be more careful with order accuracy, especially for delivery orders. Consistency and customer service need improvement.

  I had an excellent experience at this KFC, and I want to give special recognition to Fejer Rashid for her outstanding service. From the moment I placed my order, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional, which immediately set a positive tone for the visit. She made sure my order was accurate, answered my questions patiently, and kept everything running smoothly. What really stood out was Fejer’s attitude and work ethic. Even during a busy time, she remained calm, efficient, and genuinely kind to every customer. It’s clear that she takes pride in her job and cares about making sure people leave with a good experience. The food was fresh and served quickly, but it was Fejer’s customer service that truly made this visit memorable. Employees like Fejer Rashid make a huge difference. This was one of the best fast-food experiences I’ve had, and I’ll definitely be coming back to this location because of the great service. Fejer is a real asset to the team, and she deserves recognition for the effort she puts in every day.
