  Staff is friendly, but having to order at a self check out and using debit only takes forever to figure it out and all the homeless people sitting inside makes it uninviting Cause u get asked for money whether walking in or sitting to eat can't escape that part If you go before 6pm u might be able to avoid that part or just order delivery

  It was supposed to be ready at 647. It is 702 and you are still packing it as slow as possible. I have a child with diabetes. It's irresponsible to say a time and be 20 minutes late.

The front counter is now encased in enough plexiglass to withstand a small siege—a fascinating "solution" that treats the symptoms while ignoring the actual diagnosis. It’s a bold management strategy, especially considering every other fast-food chain on this same strip has somehow managed to keep their dining rooms intended for, you know, dining. The food and staff were perfectly fine, but my wife and I had to share a very somber "is a Matheson Sandwich worth our safety?" look. It’s hard to focus on the 11 herbs and spices when the primary window display is a person sleeping against the glass, effectively screaming "Eat Anywhere Else" to the passing traffic. The real "Secret Recipe" here is the Order Ahead feature. I watched three savvy customers treat the lobby like a high-stakes extraction mission, grabbing their bags and trading jokes about their "record-breaking exit times." Look, I have nothing but heart for anyone braving these winter conditions, but a KFC lobby is not the social services hub people deserve. It’s clear from the local reviews that the franchise owner has a "set it and forget it" approach to management—specifically, setting the plexiglass and forgetting the customers. The Verdict: Do yourself a favor and drive the extra few miles to a different location. Your chicken will be just as crispy, and you won’t have to calculate your "risk-to-Original-Recipe" ratio.   We placed our order at 4:30 pm it finally arrived at 6:15 pm. 50 dollars worth of food that was a soggy and stone cold. We called the restaurant multiple times to ask about our order the lady on the phone said it’s on its way and it will be hot Well neither one of those things happened. What a waste of 50 dollars- Very disappointing service!

  Never in my entire life and I’ve worked here before. But this branch has given us White meat when we specifically wanted dark meat when they were telling us that they ran out of extra crispy. We told them it is alright as long as it is all dark meat and original. But we were given white meat. When we got home, they told us that we didn’t tell them immediately and that it isn’t their fault. And now they are asking us to return the white meat chicken when it has already been touched and will be replacing it with 6 pcs dark meat.
