We placed our order at 4:30 pm it finally arrived at 6:15 pm.
50 dollars worth of food that was a soggy and stone cold.
We called the restaurant multiple times to ask about our order the lady on the phone said it’s on its way and it will be hot
Well neither one of those things happened.
What a waste of 50 dollars- Very disappointing service!

Never in my entire life and I’ve worked here before. But this branch has given us White meat when we specifically wanted dark meat when they were telling us that they ran out of extra crispy. We told them it is alright as long as it is all dark meat and original. But we were given white meat. When we got home, they told us that we didn’t tell them immediately and that it isn’t their fault. And now they are asking us to return the white meat chicken when it has already been touched and will be replacing it with 6 pcs dark meat.

I went to this location with gift cards, and the system wouldn't take them so they said. They checked the balance of the cards and there was a balance on them. First of all I couldn't even hear the lady at the till because she was wearing a mask. Then went to another location and tried the same cards and they had been redeemed by the 17th ave location. I asked for the manager name at the 17th ave location and was told to call hi flier foods since they owned them. The whole experience at this location was terrible!
