It was -20°c. We understood that It was supposed to be open for drive-thru only. That we understand. The door was unlocked so we went in to buy food. We walked into the store, and the Asian girl said this side is closed. We don't accept order from here and asked us to go out to the drive thru side to order. Its -20°c we were walking with our kid, the drive thru route is icy and slippery. We got upset and walk away. This is very inconsiderate. Please improve your employee performance!

I ordered a large poutine not a snack size which by the way. Stop calling it a large when it never got any bigger. The price just got more expensive. Regular, snack size. It's not that hard. Stop lying to your customers when it is clear they they are the victims of your skrinkflation! Also you just opened, why Is my chicken feel like it's overcooked and hard as rubber You need to be better
