When you come in using a coupon, they charge you first without any warning, and only five minutes later tell you that the order will take 25 to 30 minutes. On top of that, they ask if you are willing to take only legs or wings, because if you want breast or any other pieces, the wait will be even longer. This information should be clearly communicated before charging the customer, not after. This is the third time this has happened to me at this location. This time, I decided not to wait. The management is very poor. It honestly feels like they are not interested in serving customers who use coupons, while customers without coupons are served immediately. If you use a coupon, you are expected to wait as long as they want, with no consideration at all. Very bad service, uninterested staff, and a location that should seriously be reviewed or reprimanded by the franchise. One of the worst KFC experiences I’ve had.
