Ordered placed via mobile app at 2:45. Not a single person in the restaurant. Order was given to me at 3pm. I expected service to be a little bit faster, since it was only 1 big crunch combo...requested ketchuo packets on the app. But none were given to me, didnt realize until after i left, but food was good.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The chicken was too oily and not crispy, and the breading was poorly done and falling off. Some pieces were undercooked, which is a serious food safety concern.
I also received mostly dark meat, and the order did not include wings, even though wings are normally part of the standard order. Overall, the quality did not meet KFC’s usual standards.
I hope management reviews this feedback and improves food quality and consistency.

I don’t normally write bad reviews, but it’s very disappointing that almost every time I come through the drive‑thru or order takeout, something ends up missing or incorrect. This has happened to me three times now. The first two were a couple of months ago, and I didn’t bother writing about them—I just shrugged them off.
The first issue was getting fries when I had changed the side to onion rings. The second time, they didn’t upsize my fries even though I asked and paid for it.
I overlooked those mistakes because I work in the kitchen industry myself, so I understand that late nights and slow days can lead to things being missed. But this third time is getting ridiculous.
I ordered the Matty Melt Sandwich Box Meal, which is supposed to come with popcorn chicken—something I didn’t receive. I also upsized the fries to Mega Fries, and once again, I was given the individual size.
I don’t go to KFC often, but on my cheat days when I’m craving fried chicken, this location is my go‑to because it’s close to my gym (GYMVMT on the Trans‑Canada Highway).
I don’t have the physical receipt, but you should be able to cross‑reference my order. It was on January 26, 2026, between 8:30 pm and 9:00 pm, under the name “Trevor.”

Absolutely disgusting experience at this KFC. The chicken was beyond unacceptable. It was soggy, drenched in oil, and so greasy it was pooling at the bottom of the bucket. The meat itself was slimy, and there were strange yellow chunks sitting at the bottom of the chicken, which was honestly alarming and made us question the quality and safety of the food.
To make things worse, pieces were missing from our order. When we called the store, the staff were extremely unprofessional and careless. They claimed that they “don’t put white meat in their standard buckets” and told us that this is just “how the chicken is.” At no point did they offer to replace the meal or provide a refund. Instead, they basically brushed us off and acted like we were bothering them for calling.
This location shows a serious lack of training, customer service, and basic compassion. The food was terrible, the service was even worse, and it was expensive for absolutely nothing of value. We will never come back, and I would never recommend this location to anyone. Please be very aware of this KFC.
Do yourself a favor and go to Popeyes instead. Never again.
