  Twice I have had to get a refund from here because their wait time was 25+ minutes. Getting a refund took another 5-7 minutes because both times their system had “just updated”. Not going back here again; they wasted my entire lunch break by making me wait.

  Actually looney Tuesday was less expensive in this store than most KFC. Food has good taste and staff pleasant. I will go back there to buy more chicken.

  Instead of trying to entice people with free onion rings, why not try serving fresh, hot, delicious food. Because the popcorn poutine I just ordered was ice cold and stale disgusting fries. I forgot how terrible this restaurant is

  The customer service at this KFC was straight-up disgusting. I placed an order, paid for it, and waited, only for them to tell me some nonsense about “it not being in the system.” How is that my problem? I’m the customer—I did my part, I paid, I waited—yet I didn’t even get my food on time. On top of that, the staff had the nerve to act disrespectful instead of owning up to their mistake. No apology, no effort to fix the issue, just pure attitude like they couldn’t care less. I left pissed off, hungry, and feeling completely disrespected. This is beyond bad service—it’s pure negligence and a lack of basic respect for customers. If this is how KFC operates, then it’s a joke. People shouldn’t have to deal with this level of unprofessionalism when all they’re trying to do is grab a meal.i would Honestly, give this place zero But the system won’t let me.
