chicken was alright but wow, KFC gravy is disappointing. actually, disappointed is a very light way of describing my current feelings. you’re telling me this “gravy” is not only cold, pale, and gelatinous, but also has the flavour profile of an unseasoned, dry piece of stale white bread. so disheartening to see the decline of modern gravy. whatever happened to the rich, umami, gleaming gravy of years past? what, does Big Kentucky want to cut down on the sodium content in order to reduce the obesity epidemic? is that why it tastes like NOTHING?! well, i’ll tell you this for free. i am not dining at KFC to preserve the integrity of my vital organs. i am dining at KFC because i want to eat excess amounts of grease and salt. Colonel Sanders is no friend of mine, and i am deeply saddened to have consumed this sad excuse for drippings.
goodbye.
Worst KFC in town. The shift manager Erich Alcantara was very rude to us today. We asked her an additional question after ordering the food, and she immediately became very impatient, sighing, rolling her eyes, and verbally expressed frustration by saying “oh my good” directly in front of the customer. We believe this behaviour is a major breach of professional customer service standards that shows a lack of respect for both the customer and the business. I hope the owner takes this review seriously.
Seriously folks, this is the worst KFC in Calgary if not all of Alberta or even Canada. Stay away if at all possible. There are other KFC's a few km east and west along the TransCanada and I guarantee you will save all of your transit time going to them.
Screwed up our Christmas Day order badly. Ordered online was told it was ready showed up and they had no record of the order subsequently took them the better part of an hour to make it because they were severely understaffed
Submitted online feedback and requested a refund for the aspects of our order that we're not provided. This went ignored until I visited the restaurant in person early in the new year where they acknowledged receipt of of both feedback and having indeed ignored it
Finally refunded me for the items not provided at Christmas and as a goodwill gesture offered me a small meal to be picked up at a later date of my choosing
Went today to get it and was promptly ignored by staff for at least 10 minutes who were not busy but chatting and gossiping behind the counter. Two other customers were greeted and served before someone got around to asking me why I was there
The goodwill meal was indeed provided but honestly this is ridiculous. And for the record, given that this is the closest KFC to my house I've been in numerous times before and there has always been a problem every single time
Simply put it's a horribly run franchise. Don't come here go elsewhere if you're craving KFC

It took them 38 mins to get my order done. I had to repeat my name many times and that staff kept losing my slip. Then she made up stories like “ did you pay?” “We don’t have your slip”. When I complained through website. It took store manager at least two weeks before she wrote me email to explain. I had to file 2 complaints in order to get a response. Never will step in this location again

I am writing to formally report a very concerning experience I had during a recent visit at your location during the night shift.
The staff member working at that time was extremely rude, unprofessional, and showed no care or concern for customer safety. I specifically asked her to clearly mark which chicken was spicy and which was regular, as my brother has a spice allergy. Instead of properly labeling or helping, she dismissively told me that “the letter S means spicy,” without taking the situation seriously or ensuring the food was clearly identified.
Because of this negligence, my brother consumed the spicy chicken. Shortly after, his face turned red, and we were extremely concerned about an allergic reaction. This situation could have easily resulted in a medical emergency and a hospital visit.
This is not a minor issue — it is a food safety and allergy concern. Staff should be trained to handle such situations with care and responsibility. A customer’s health should never be dismissed or treated casually.
I strongly urge management to take this matter seriously, review the conduct of the night shift staff member, and ensure proper training is in place to prevent this from happening again. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding the actions taken.
Thank you for your attention to this serious matter.
