My husband went to use a gift card we received. The employees had no idea how to use it - my husband had to figure out how to use it on THEIR system and then teach them! It took them a half an hour. (Wish I was exaggerating!) Then the food itself took 40 minutes! When my husband got home with the food (two twisters), both were spicy (only one was supposed to be) and neither had tomato. Unfortunately I’ve had a very similar experience to this before at this location, so this isn’t a one-off. When will I learn my lesson not to risk going to this place?
