The washroom bathroom (that the staff also use) doesn't have a working sink, and by the state of things it obviously hasn't worked in a while. The staff don't know what is or isn't on the sandwiches they sell. The wait times are also completely unacceptable for a "fast food" restaurant. When my food came out the boxed was smeared with I have no idea what. I asked for my money back. Gross. Gross. Gross. It's really something else.

I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, even though the place wasn’t busy at all — I was literally the only customer there. When I finally asked for help, I was told that anything I ordered would take 15–20 minutes. Seriously? Isn’t this supposed to be a fast food restaurant? To make it worse, the staff were speaking in a language I didn’t understand (I think Filipino) and laughing behind the counter. It felt unprofessional and made the whole experience even more frustrating. If this is the level of service you’re offering when there’s no crowd, I can’t imagine what it’s like when you’re actually busy. Definitely not coming back.
