I love Five Guys. It's been several years since I've eaten here and it did not disappoint. When I walked inside, I noticed a man standing watching over the dining area. Her was in uniform, looking over the dining area. He was attentive and very engaged. He began sweeping the floor, quite aggressively in some cases which might have made some people uncomfortable but was doing a great job. He cleaned the tables as people left their mess behind and discarded the trash. I suspected some folks were feeling a little nervous based on this person's behaviour. It took me a couple of minutes to realize that he was a bit different. I just wanted to note that I really appreciate this establishment giving this person a chance. Life is hard enough as it is and we need more organizations like this helping people. Kudos to the staff, MGMT and of course the hard worker. Cheers, T

Worse cheeseburger I've ever had. NO flavour whatsoever. Bland. Chips thrown in bag with burger.

Completely dissatisfied with the cafe. The food was quite average:ordered a burger, and the fries were tossed in the paper bag. After eating I felt not good the whole evening. Also I didn't like the atmosphere: it is smelly and quite dirty. There were penauts and the was no information on what they are for. I'm a tourist and never been in the place, so I had no idea what is that for until I noticed what other leople do.

Normally I don't write reviews of fast food but this encounter was way different. We went to a Hitman game and in the way back to the hotel we looked for someplace to eat and saw the light on but also saw it was 8 mins till close. I opened the door and was greeted with lots of smiles. I asked repeatedly if it was OK for us to come in and order takeout and again, nothing but smiles and told forsure forsure welcome come in. The food was the food but to the owner of this establishment your staff is world class amd cherish them they are hard to find. Highly recommend to visit this place for the service one
