My experience did not start off so well but soon turned around. After being seated, nobody had come to our table for atleast 10 min. I got tired of waiting for my server, so I approached the hostess, the lovely lady wearing a red sweater and a white bow in her hair. She was more than willing to help get our drinks situated and orders taken care of on her own. Clearly the hardest working staff member this place has from what I noticed the whole night. Much faster and efficient than the waitress that finished the service of our table. The complimentary bread and butter was a treat. The potato bacon soup was good, but also very thin and runny. My son and I ordered the steak and garlic parm fries. The vegetable medley that comes with it blends nicely with the fries and steak. What the meal lacked in appearance it made up for in flavor and all blended nicely together. My mom had the salmon pasta and the kids had the usual spaghetti and loved it. We all really enjoyed our meals and were nice and full when we left. Turning a rough start into a general great experience. I will be back to bring more business because of the hostess. She is what makes the evening run so smooth from what I saw, being a kitchen manager and chef myself.

We visited this restaurant to celebrate a family day, expecting a warm and respectful environment. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. A staff member spoke to me in a high-pitched, condescending tone while instructing me to pick up a fork from the plate. The way it was communicated felt disrespectful and unnecessary. As a parent, I felt embarrassed in front of my children. It turned what should have been a happy family celebration into an uncomfortable experience. We understand that staff have procedures to follow, but basic courtesy and respectful communication are essential. I hope management addresses this so other families are treated with more dignity. I am not sure if The server receive a proper training and orientation before working there in Mario. CS is way more important especially if she’s working with a lot of people. Donna seems like she doesn’t like her job. Definitely not a good place for celebration, I am not recommending this place for family event. My family’s first time to be in Mario’s but that will be our last. totally dissappointed.

My hubby and I headed for dinner after him working a long day and me spending the majority of the day in hospital. The hostess was very pleasant and then the difficulty began. Our server was very cold and looked like it was an inconvenience to serve us. She didn’t even tell us her name. While eating our salads she reached across us and roughly dropped more bread on our table. Our appetizer, Buddha Boomers, was extremely under cooked. When our main course came out it was even worse. We spoke with the supervisor about not wanting the poorly cooked food and she gave us a bill for our salads and pops. When I went to pay there was NO option not to tip!!! This is ridiculous. I do not recommend at all

Terrible experience Went for dinner with my Fiance and our 2 year old Daughter. Had Jasmine as out waitress. Literally had a bowl of soup and we weren't talked to for about 30 mins until we had to waive down another lady, presumably a manager of some sort. We expressed we had been waiting for quite some time and wanted just one more bowl of soup each to try. Then came our mains before we got the soup. Waitress didn't even ask what kind we wanted. So when she brought yet another bowl of tomato I simply asked if I could get Italian wedding. A splendid eye roll was very customer driven. No dirty dishes were cleared from our table the whole time. So we had to just kinda keep stacking it in the corner. Then came the entrees that likely sat under the heat lamp until the beastly customers who dare ask for more soup finished their "all you can eat secondary bowls" - how dare we. We arrived around 540pm and didn't end up leaving until 715pm - Not by choice. I was turned off by the whole thing and packed up my entree before a bite was taken. Considering life is so expensive these days you limit going out to eat and this was our date night out. Disappointed for sure.

Dona was my server and oh my gosh was she an angel despite how busy she was she still checked up on me and always restocked my insane bread refills. She was so kind, friendly and nice i couldnt even think of one thing i would change about my service from her!! I went on a monday and did the all you can eat pasta and not to mention Dona again but she was so accommodating to my substitutions on the pasta. The alfredo was okay kinda watery, the baked rose was better than the alfredo even though im more of an alfredo girl the baked cheese wasnt really 'baked' it didnt give the golden brown I was expecting. Tomato soup was good, salad was good, the bread and butter was my favourite i just wish when you got refills of the bread the packagaing wasnt so wasteful. I do think that they could clean the walls by the booths but i enjoyed my time and food and my server!
