Bread was warm and the butter melted on it. Take the extra Parmesan if you ordered the garden salad, makes it even better. I ordered the Canadian Calzone. It was loaded with yummy mushrooms, salami, bacon and cheese. My hubby had the chicken parm with noodles. The potion size was large. Chicken was tender and sauce on the noodles was good. Dona provided great service. Refilling drinks and clearing dishes was quick. She was very friendly.

Server seems extremely understaffed and overwhelmed. This looks very bad on East Side mario’s part. There needs to be some sort of organization for overfilling a servers section. Coming from a former server who has lots of patience, this is not okay. Food was tasteless and the server never came around to check on us once. We were missing soups, salads, and drinks. We come for the bread and never got a refill on it. Currently writing this as we are STILL waiting for the bill, very disappointed and will not be coming back.
- MHMeg HutchNov 11, 20251.0Where do I start!? Lack of service! Took about 10-15 min for even someone to great us at the table. She took our order, food took FOREVER only for the order to be wrong. At this point we were done with this place. The food that we did get to the table was cold, soggy and just plan gross. And the sad part is, not a single sorry from their management team. I couldn't even tell you who out server was, cause there was someone different every time but the one who ended our time there she was great- sorry I didn't tip you!! But when you have had a horrible experience, there nothing left with my gratitude!!
