- MAMadi AllenOct 14, 20241.0We just ordered two small blizzards on uber eats from this location. When they arrived, the ice cream was over flowing, melted, and had dripped everywhere. When we took the lids off, the ice cream literally collapsed everywhere and made a horrible mess.

When I went on the day to pick it up, the lady was extremely confused and did not seem to know what I was there for. When I explained I needed the cake to read, “Keep calm we’re over halfway there”, the lady wrote, “Keep Calm we’re Over HaLFway These!” When I explained I was looking for an “r” in place of the “s”, for the word “there” she smeared it out and put a capital R in its place. This was for a work event, so not very professional in appearance. When I asked if there was any sort of discount she could give me, she said $1. Lastly, when I went to pay she tried to charge me an additional $100! Thank goodness I noticed the error before I inserted my card. I will never be going to this location again!
